18.00-20.00: Registration at the hotels the delegations reside. For the registration ONLY the advisors’ presence is necessary

19.00-21.00: Student Officer’s workshop at a central Patras hotel. The presence of all Student Officers is mandatory. The exact venue will be announced.

19.00-21.00: ICJ Workshop (Compulsory) at a central Patras hotel.The workshop will be conducted by Mr. Stern. The ICJ Student Officers will pick the ICJ participants from their hotels at 18.30.

8.30: Buses leave hotels for Patras University’s Conference Centre

9.00-9.30:  Student Officers’ briefing and late registration

9.30-11.00: Official Opening Ceremony

11.30: Buses arrive at the Arsakeia Schools of Patras

12.00-13.30: All Committees in session

13.30-15.00:  Lunch Break (lunch will be served in different committee groups)

15.00-17.00: All committees in session

16.30-17.00: Feedback session in all GA and Non-GA Committees

17.00-17.30: Student Officers’ debriefing

17.45: Buses depart for the city of Patras.  

 

Saturday, March 17, 2018

8.30: Buses leave hotels for the Arsakeia Schools of Patras

9.00-9.30: Student Officers’ briefing

9.30-11.30: All committees in session

9.00-10.00: Advisors’ Meeting

10.30: Buses depart for the archeological site of Olympia (optional excursion for the Advisors)

11.30-12.00: Recess 

12.00-14.00: All committees in session

14.15-15.45: Lunch Break (lunch will be served in different committee groups)

16.00-18.00: All committees in session

17.30-18.00: Feedback session in all GA and non-GA Committees

18.00 -18.30: Student Officers’ debriefing

18.30-19.30: Break

20.00-22.00: Dinner party at the premises of the Arsakeia Schools of Patras (optional social event, more details will be provided)

20.00-22.00: Advisors’ dinner (optional social event, details will be provided)
