Fees & Payment

The 9th ATSMUN will be exclusively on-site and will be held in our school premises.

 

The fees for this year are settled as follows:

Delegates

Student Officers

40€

Advisors

Free (for every 10 students)

40€ (for less than 10 students)

Press Team

40€

* This year, for every delegation of 10 students, one advisor’s fees come free of charge.

** There are no fees for the delegation as a whole.

*** All the bank charges, including any commission, miscellaneous expenditure, interbank transaction expenses, bank transfer as well as any possible Paypal service costs, charge only the applicants and not the conference.

**** Refund or changes are not entertained a month before the conference.

Fees include:

  • Participation in the conference with a certificate of attendance
  • Delegates’ stationery material, badge, etc.
  • Lunch for the three days of the conference
  • Transportation from the city centre to the conference venue (and back) with school buses
  • Workshops
  • The Saturday night party in the school premises is not included in fees (10€ paid prior to the party)

 

Important notice for Schools and Institutions: After you have submitted Form I, your registration is confirmed after 50% of the fees of the delegates have been deposited.

Important notice for Individuals: After you have submitted the application form, your registration is confirmed after 100% of the fees have been deposited.

 

 

You are then requested to submit your payment receipt in this form in order to finalize your registration and proceed with country allocation.

 


 

How to pay

The payment can be carried out in two ways:

In either case, it is important you state “ATSMUN_Your_School_Name” (for school delegations) or “ATSMUN_Name/Surname” of the delegate and NOT of the person depositing the fees.

You are then requested to submit your payment receipt in this form in order to finalize your registration and proceed with country allocation.
